All ingredients were fresh. You can make your own sauce at the sauce bar. Service was great but hard to get seats at dinner time. I would love to take out foods from here sometime soon

Really enjoyed my meal here! The ingredients were fresh and there was a huge selection of vegetables, meats, seafood, tofu, and noodles. I love that you can pick exactly what you want and customize your own bowl. The flavor was rich and delicious, with just the right amount of spice. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were generous. The ingredient bar was also very clean and well organized. Definitely a great spot for malatang — I’ll be back!

Great selection and super fresh ingredients! They have everything—veggies, meatballs, beef & lamb, seafood, noodles, tofu, and more. The malatang comes in three different broths, all flavorful (and you can actually drink the soup!). Also tried the dry mix and mala stir-fry—both really good, with customizable spice levels. Free rice and no tipping make it an even better deal. Definitely great value for the price!

This place is great! Pretty affordable and a good variety of soup bases. They rotate a few items every so often but the selection is usually pretty consistent. As a sauce enjoyer, I’m a big fan of their sauce bar! They also have to-go sauce containers which is pretty convenient.
